1. Vogue Laundry Service Limited (”Vogue”) is pleased to provide laundry service to you, subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of Vogue’s service indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. This agreement is strictly between Vogue and its customers and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.
2. Vogue will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality laundry service. Vogue accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. Vogue is not liable for clothing discoloring, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal washing procedures. Vogue reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment. Vogue does not guarantee the removal of all stains. Vogue will have its cleaning service re-clean items that, in its absolute discretion, were not properly cleaned and have not been worn since they were cleaned. Vogue is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry or any other item.
3. In the rare instance that your garment is lost or damaged by Vogue, we will issue you a refund and/or credit for the value of that garment after taking into account the average life of the garment, depreciation for the age of the item, and the current replacement costs. If the customer is unable to document the age of a garment, the customer can attest to the age but Vogue, in its sole discretion, may limit the minimum age of any garment to one year. If no current replacement cost is available [e.g. because the item is no longer available in stores], Vogue may use the replacement cost of a comparable item currently available. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maximum reimbursement for each individual item is an amount equivalent to 10 times the amount charged for cleaning.
4. Vogue may, in our sole discretion, choose to reimburse the customer in these events by Vogue’s own laundry cash coupon.
5. Vogue shall not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by moths, or other insects or any loss, damage or delay due to fire, flood, Act of God, civil war, commotion, or to any cause beyond the control of Vogue.
6. Should delivery of the goods be not taken within one month from the date of ticket by Vogue, Vogue may without giving any prior notice either donate the goods or sell by public auction for charitable purposes. Vogue shall not be responsible for any involuntary loss occasioned by such donations.
7. The goods will be delivered to the bearer of and on presentation of this receipt, the holder of which shall be deemed to be the rightful owner. Should this receipt be lost, a written report should be made to Vogue and Vogue reserves its right to call for such indemnity as it considers necessary in the circumstances of the case.
8. The customer shall be deemed to have approved the goods on delivery and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained by Vogue after the goods have left Vogue’s premises.
9. Vogue’s liability shall be limited to general money damages in a maximum amount not to exceed an amount equivalent to 10 times the charges paid by the customer for that particular item that the damages are alleged to have occurred. In no event, will Vogue be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental or punitive loss or damages, whether or not Vogue knew or should have known of the likelihood of any such loss or damages. Vogue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services rendered to the customer.



Applicable for Pick Up and Delivery Service



1. The minimum service fee of each order is HKD300. Administration fee HKD300 will be charged if the order is cancelled by customer after confirmation.
2. Each laundry order takes a minimum of 7 working days to process since the laundry fee and defect issues are confirmed by the customer.
3. Each pick-up and delivery order is applicable for the same location. Service to restricted areas is subject to availability. Service is not applicable to outlying islands.
4. If our logistics crew cannot reach the delivery location with an elevator, addition service fee HKD80 per floor will be charged.
5. If the customer does not mark special request on cleaning method, ironing method and folding method, Vogue will follow the laundry symbols. If there is no laundry symbol, Vogue will follow the company standard procedure.
6. Vogue takes pictures of every collected garment and household goods for reference only. If a complaint is raised by the customer in future, these pictures should be final.
7. Vogue Production Department carries a preliminary check after receiving garment and prepares invoice. Defects, cleaning fee and cleaning method etc.. will be also marked on the invoice. If the customer has question or objection about the invoice, the customer must raise question or objection within one day after receiving the invoice.
8. Vogue accepts cash and Payme as payment method only. Customer must settle all the payable before receiving the garments and household goods.
9. Vogue Laundry Coupon is not applicable to pick-up service.
10. Customer should ensure that the information provided to Vogue for pick-up and delivery service is correct. For any delay or mistake occurred owing to the provision of wrong information, Vogue will not be liable.
11. In the event that Vogue cannot deliver the service on time, new arrangement might be reached upon consensus.
12. By picking the delivery time slot, Customer is obliged to be punctual. Tardiness or absence for pickup or drop off could lead to an additional charge of HKD100.
13. Customer could reschedule the pickup or drop off time once before six hours of the agreed time within business hour 9:00 to 6:00 . Any rescheduling within six hours of agreed time is subject to an administration fee of HKD 100.
14. The quantity of laundry items and remarks indicated by customer during ordering are for reference only. The details provided by Vogue should be final.
15. Prices for services shown on the website or any medium are for reference only. The actual prices may differ due to handling method, measurements, and additional service, etc. The prices shown on the ticket should be final.
16. If Customer requests Vogue to leave their laundry items unattended or with a third party, Vogue will not take any responsibility of the laundry items before pick up and/or after delivery. Customer also agrees to accept the information on the ticket of pick up and/or delivery as accurate.
17. In case of discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version in respect of all or any part of the contents, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Vogue Membership Scheme

The Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme is provided by Vogue Laundry Service Limited (“VOGUE LAUNDRY” or “Vogue”).

About the Scheme

General Conditions

1. The Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme is provided, managed, and operated by Vogue Laundry Service Limited.
2. By using our Membership websites, you are agreeing to these terms of years, including our privacy policy and use of cookies. If you do not agree, do not use our Membership website.
3. Members must be at least 18 years old. Each Member acknowledges and agrees that he must satisfy the age requirements specified above in order to legitimately benefit from Membership in the Program.
4. You are responsible of ensuring the secure of the personal information held on your computer, mobile or other device.
5. Members will be issued with a digital Membership Account that may be viewed in the Member’s online Vogue account.
6. Membership in the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme are not transferable and may only be used by the Member. Misuse of Membership account, or Scheme benefits, including, but not limited to, Fraud and Misconduct, may result in termination or suspension of Membership, or withdrawal of benefits.
7. The Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme are non-refundable if not used.
8. Vogue Laundry reserves the right to modify the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme structure, benefits, and other features, including these Terms and Conditions, or to terminate Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme, at any time. Although Vogue Laundry will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes to Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of Members to keep themselves up to date in respect of the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme and these Terms and Conditions. Any use of Vogue Membership benefits by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment. Vogue Laundry will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from any amendment to the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme or to these Terms and Conditions.
9. Members are responsible for the security of their one-time passwords and Vogue Laundry shall not be liable if a Member’s one -time password is disclosed, whether intentionally or not, to allow a third person access to the Member’s account to make transactions.
10. Vogue Laundry reserves the right to investigate or audit a member’s account at any time without prior notice to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. During an investigation or audit, the Member’s account will be suspended, and the Member will not be permitted to access his/her account nor perform any transactions.
11. Vogue Laundry makes no responsibility for any undelivered SMS, push notifications or emails.
12. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
13. Should there be any dispute, Vogue Laundry reserves the right of final decisions.

Enrolment

1. Individuals can apply online on the Vogue Membership website and can quote their registered mobile number and check the accumulate net spending immediately. However, Vogue net spending accumulated will only be honored subject to acceptance by Vogue Laundry of the application to join the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme. Vogue Laundry may request further information and/or documents from the individual after the individual has submitted an application.
2. Application forms are not valid and will not be processed unless completed correctly by the applicant.
3. Membership of the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme is at the sole discretion of Vogue Laundry and Vogue Laundry may refuse Membership to any applicant.
4. Multiple Memberships are not permitted. Each Member must maintain only one Membership account.

Membership Termination

1. A Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme Membership account may be closed if the Membership account has not recorded any activity and net spending for a consecutive period of 12 months, and any remaining accumulated spending and unused benefit entitlements in the account will be cancelled.
2. Members may terminate their Membership at any time by email to cs@voguelaundry.com and provide member name & registered mobile number at which time any accumulated the spending, and any unused or unclaimed benefits will be cancelled. Under normal circumstances, we will complete the verification and processing of your account termination within 15 working days after verifying your identity. However, the membership scheme are non-refundable.
3. Vogue Laundry may terminate the Membership of a Member, the right of a Member to use his/her Membership (if applicable), and the Member’s access to or use of the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme services and benefits without notice if Vogue Laundry believes that a member commits misconduct or Fraud, misuses the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme benefits and any Awards, and/or fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, Vogue Laundry reserves the right to terminate the duplicate Membership accounts if a member has opened more than one Membership account and cancel the accumulated net spending in the account.
5. Vogue Laundry may also terminate the Membership of a member at its complete discretion and in such circumstances may provide the Member with as much prior notice as reasonably practicable. Upon expiry of the notice period, all accumulated spending will be cancelled. Vogue Laundry may also terminate or suspend the Member’s right to use Vogue Laundry any benefits and services that the Member may be entitled to.
6. Membership are non-transferable and may only be used by the Member. Misuse of Membership, Rewards, Member’s privileges or other program benefits, including, but not limited to, Fraud and Misconduct, may result in suspension or termination of Membership and/or Membership account(s), cancellation of all Membership account(s) and/or any redeemed but unused or unclaimed Rewards (as applicable); and/or (iii)disqualification of the Member’s rights of further Member’s privileges.
7. Termination of Membership for whatever reason shall be without prejudice to the Member as at the date of termination.
8. Upon the death of a Member, the Membership account will be closed and all accumulated net spending and any unused benefit entitlements in the account will be cancelled.

Membership Tier & Validity

1. Members may accumulate the net spending based on the ticket net amount.
2. A Member’s accumulated the net spending determines the Tier of that Member under the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme.
3. There are four Tiers under the Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme:

5. Silver Tier
6. Gold Tier
7. Platinum Tier
8. The entry Tier is Blue. Members may progress to the higher tier by accumulated the net spending to Silver, Gold, and Platinum Tier.
9. Silver and Gold Memberships are available for purchase. The purchase amount for the Membership will be treated as the Membership consumption.
10. Details about the amount of net spending required to qualify for each Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme Tier, and the benefits associated with each Tier are available on the Membership website and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
11. All members must meet the corresponding net consumption amount requirement ("Tier Requirement") within 12 months to upgrade their Membership tier. If a member is unable to upgrade their Membership tier, they will be downgraded to the corresponding consumption tier, and the new Membership's consumption amount will be recalculated based on a 12-month period.
12. Vogue Laundry may change the spending required to qualify for each Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme Tier from time to time.
13. To accumulate net spending, members must provide their registered mobile number before payment.
14. The spending will only be notified to Members that have been successfully enrolled as a Vogue Laundry Membership Scheme member.
15. The accumulation period for the net spending is 12 months commencing on the first day of each Member’s Membership Period, or if the Member has accumulated the required amount of the net spending to progress to the next immediate tier, 12 months commencing on the day that the Member progressed to the next immediate tier.
16. Accumulated the net spending will expire and will be reset to zero at the end of each Member’s Membership Period if the Member has not accumulated the required amount of the net spending to progress to the next immediate tier during the Member’s Membership period and the Member’s Tier will be reset to other relative Tier with 12 months period. (Except Blue Tier)
17. If a Member has accumulated the required amount of the net spending to progress to the next immediate tier, the Member will automatically progress to the next immediate Tier and his/her tier will be extend to the next tier upon progressing to the next immediate Tier. The Member must accumulate the required amount of the net spending to progress to the next immediate tier during the 12 months following the day that the Member progressed to the next immediate tier otherwise the Member’s tier will expire and will be reset to another relative Tier.
18. Members may be entitled the Tier benefits when the Members reach the Tier net spending requirements. Please refer to the Membership website for more details.
19. For purchased Silver and Gold Memberships, all accumulated net spending of the same level in the past will be recalculated, and members spend according to the purchased membership level to  upgrade their membership tier.

Vogue Member Tiers

Vogue Laundry has always been committed to providing quality laundry services, allowing you to enjoy a high-quality, clean personal laundry service.

Blue Tier

You only need to fill in your personal information to become a Blue member. If you accumulate enough net spending within 12 months, you can upgrade to the Silver, Gold, and Platinum member tiers, and enjoy more member privileges during the upgrade process. In addition to Welcome offers and birthday offers, there are also occasional seasonal or exclusive offers. You can also purchase Silver or Gold Memberships at any time, and the Membership fee will be calculated into your net spending, helping you upgrade faster. You can redeem a laundry discount coupon, allowing you to enjoy high-quality laundry offers at a discounted price.

Silver Tier

You only need to pay $300 to become a Silver member. The Member enjoys a 10% discount on laundry services and get 3 x $100 discount coupons, which can be used when the net amount reaches $300 per coupon.

If you are a Blue member, you only need to accumulate a net spending of $3,000 within 12 months to be upgraded to a Silver member for free, and enjoy more member privileges.

Gold Tier

If you want to enjoy more member privileges, you can choose to pay $800 to become a Gold member. The Member enjoys an 20% discount on laundry services and get 8 x $100 discount coupons, which can be used when the net amount reaches $300 per coupon.

If you are a Blue member, you only need to accumulate a net spending of $6,000 within 12 months to be upgraded to a Gold member for free, and enjoy more member privileges.

Platinum Tier

The Platinum tier is the highest Member tier. Regardless of your current level, as long as you accumulate a net spending of $10,000 within 12 months, you can be upgraded or become a Platinum member for free. The Member enjoys a 30% discount on laundry service. The Platinum Member is only available to members who meet the net spending requirement.

Intellectual property rights

All trademark rights, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights to the content and/or materials on our Membership websites and mobile applications, including for example the names, logos and prices, organization and layout, and the underlying software code rest with us or our licensors. You may use such content and/or materials only as strictly provided and as intended by these Terms of Use. Any other use, reproduction, transmission, or handling of such content, without our prior written consent, is prohibited and will constitute a breach of these Terms of Use.

Third party Membership websites, content, products, and services

Our Membership websites may contain information on, or access to, third party Membership websites,

applications, content, products, or services (whether through hyperlinks to third party Membership websites or otherwise) that are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the third-party owners. We have no control over and do not endorse any such third party materials and have no liability in respect of your dealings with third parties. You maintain full responsibility for your dealings with third parties and your use of third-party Membership websites, applications, content, products or services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

While every care has been taken in preparing the information and materials contained in our Membership websites and mobile applications, such information and materials are provided "as is" without warranty (whether express or implied) or representation of any kind. In particular, no warranty or representation regarding non-infringement, security, accuracy, fitness for a purpose or freedom from computer viruses is given in connection with such information and materials.

Subject to claims available under applicable consumer protection laws, we will not be liable to you or to anyone else (in negligence, tort, breach of contract, or otherwise) for any loss or damage (including direct or indirect loss, or special or consequential loss) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with: -the access or use of (or inability to access or use) our Membership websites or mobile applications.

- the breach in the security of your computer, mobile or other device, or the access to or use of any information held on or through your computer, mobile or other device by unauthorized third parties.

- disruptions, defects, technical errors, or other harmful elements in respect of the Membership websites, including any network or connectivity problems; and/or

- third party Membership websites, applications, products, or services.

You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for use from our Membership websites are free of viruses or anything else that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer systems or mobile devices.

The above exclusions and limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud and fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

One time rewash will be offered to the item with laundry tag and within 7 days from the date of collection.Please check your items when you pick up at our shops.

1. This service only accepts full payment.
2. Collection period from 1 November to 31 December 2024.(only applicable for shop laundry service)
3. For collection at other periods, a service charge of $30 per item per 30 days applies. Service period less than 30 days will be charged on a 30-day basis.
4. Should delivery of the goods be not taken within one month from the date of receipt by Vogue, Vogue may without giving any prior notice either donate the goods or sell by public auction for charitable purposes. Vogue shall not be responsible for any involuntary loss occasioned by such donations.
5. In case of any dispute, the decision of Vogue Laundry Service Limited shall be final.

1. Vogue Laundry collection service and express delivery service will be suspended to the following business date if typhoon signal no. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm Signal is raised or is cancelled after 1:00p.m. The charge of express service will not be refunded.
